Do You Need Rest For The Soul?
Everyone that is seeking answers to the difficult questions in life, to those that are searching for truth, and others that have found their way to a new life, needs rest for the soul.
I'll bet you need rest for your soul too.
This website will be a place where you will read about the truths of the bible and gain a better understanding of true Christianity. I am not talking about the history or the religious system of Christianity, but a wonderful rest in the finished work of Jesus Christ, God in the flesh, who came and took the world's punishment on himself, so he could give life to all that believe.
If you are a believer in Jesus Christ or just someone searching, and are interested in knowing more about what this thing of being "Born Again" is all about, I invite you to open your heart.
If you are confused by all the teachings of the world and the various religious systems that tell you what you have to do, and feel like you are weighted down and weary by a heavy burden, that you know in your heart you can never attain, then you have come to the right spot. You will get a "tell it like it is," explanations that will not pull any punches. Also, like the Bereans, of the Apostle Paul's day, approx. 2000 years ago, they searched the scriptures to see if the things Paul was saying were true. Don't believe in me, but do your own research and see if the things I tell you are true. However, if you want to know the truth, ask God to reveal it to you with a humble heart.
Acts: 17 Verses 10-11
10 And the brethren immediately, through the night, sent forth both Paul and Silas to Berea, who having come, went to the synagogue of the Jews;
11 and these were more noble than those in Thessalonica, they received the word with all readiness of mind, every day examining the Writings whether those things were so;
